Month 2 moved from research into Search Console-backed execution. The highest visible demand in the current export is still around the menu, food truck/event catering, Tempe/Phoenix food truck searches, Mediterranean catering, and catering platters. This month I published a new corporate food truck article, tightened the Food Truck and Catering pages around those real queries, restored a crawlable Hummus Xpress Menu landing page, kept the Press Kit page for citation outreach, and updated the sitemap so Google has clear pages to crawl.

Targeted Keywords

These were selected from the raw Google Search Console export already in the project, plus the April autocomplete and SERP research. Priority went to queries with real impressions, commercial intent, and pages Hummus Xpress can realistically improve without a large rebuild.

Primary Changes

  • Published a new article: "Corporate Food Truck Catering in Phoenix: A Simple Office Event Plan" — built for the corporate/event food truck intent that supports the food truck page.
  • Updated the Food Truck page title, meta description, and body copy around real queries: food truck event catering, food trucks in Tempe, food trucks near me, and hire a food truck in Phoenix.
  • Updated the Catering page title, meta description, and body copy around Mediterranean catering, hummus catering, catering platters, boxed lunches, and office/event catering.
  • Restored a crawlable Hummus Xpress Menu landing page and changed the old /menu redirects to point to that page instead of sending menu searchers to a generic catering page.

Other Changes

  • Added the Menu page to the main navigation, footer, build config, and sitemap so Google and visitors can actually find it.
  • Added the new corporate food truck article to the sitemap for crawl discovery.
  • Kept the Press Kit & Directory Information page live as the citation/backlink reference URL for directories, media, and event partners.
  • Checked public search results for priority citation profiles: Yelp and Facebook are visible; ezCater, Roaming Hunger, Best Food Trucks, The Knot, and WeddingWire did not show clear indexed Hummus Xpress profiles in the quick public check.
